By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Fire Plan Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of the service
- You may use Fire Plan Studio only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and workplace obligations.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the drawings, markups, reports, and other content you upload or create.
- You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, access unauthorized data, disrupt other users, or reverse engineer protected parts of the platform except where law clearly permits it.
Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invites, seat management, role assignment, and access decisions for their teams.
- Personal workspaces and shared workspaces may have different access rules, limits, and collaboration features depending on your plan.
Plans, billing, and promotional access
Paid plans, promotional access periods, free trials, limits, and feature availability may vary by subscription level and may change over time.
If a promotional or trial period ends, continued access to some features may require selecting or maintaining an eligible paid plan.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the project files, drawings, notes, reports, and related content you upload or create in Fire Plan Studio.
You grant Fire Plan Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, export, and transmit that content so the service can function as requested by you and your workspace members.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Fire Plan Studio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Plan Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates security or legal risk, or if continued operation is not commercially or legally feasible.
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing or contractual obligations that apply to your workspace.
